With tours in Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Horn of Africa, Aaron brings a wealth of leadership and operational / expeditionary medical expertise spanning 25 years. His experience with clinical support, unconventional operations, national and international emergency management, disaster response, and policy development is an asset to our team.

Now leading the U.S. East Team, Alex a former U.S. Army Combat Medic Instructor and Combat Advisor and an experienced paramedic brings deep expertise in tactical medicine and a proven record of success working with government and military clients.

Guided by an “always be learning” mindset, Alex shares knowledge and experience with his clients and colleagues to help advance the future of life saving technology. In addition to hid vital work on our Field Operations team, you may come across Alex at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHU), where he supports tactical medicine training for the next generation of combat physicians as a guest faculty member.

MOVES® SLC™ is acquired for United States Marine Corps En Route Care Modernization and added to Authorized Medical Allowance List (AMAL) 647.

In 2023, the United States Marine Corps (USMC) acquired integrated life support technology, MOVES® SLC™. The acquisition supports USMC En Route Care modernization goals using state-of-the-art, lightweight, critical care equipment to successfully transport patients from Role 2 to Role 3 care. MOVES® SLC™ has also been formally added to the U.S. Marine Corps’ Authorized Medical Allowance List (AMAL) 647 for En Route Care.This latest acquisition builds on the USMC earlier deployment of Thornhill’s first-generation MOVES® as their Portable Patient Transport Life Support System (PPTLSS).
